Enable it to run on resolution lower than 1024X768

Three reasons -
1) Not all computers have big monitors.
2) Not everone has good eyesight !
3) I often have more than one program running, so split programs display area to 50%-50% and also 66%-33%. This could be that I am waiting for an online chat reply, watching online video content, project data crunching and more.
